Job summary

Fluidstack in Phoenix seeks a hands-on electrical systems engineer for the Modular Team. You will own power distribution, grounding, and controls integration from drawings through rate production on the line. Daily on-site work ensures wiring is correct and compliant with design intent.

You will perform first-article reviews, respond to RFIs quickly, and document findings rigorously to drive design and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on electrical systems design for complex products or facilities.
• Experience on a shop floor and rapid disposition of nonconformances.
• Supported production launches and maintained line readiness.
• Drawings updated to reflect changes and ensure traceability.

Responsibilities

• Own electrical systems on the modular product line from released drawings through rate production.
• Walk the Phoenix manufacturing floor daily and resolve wiring/termination issues on the spot.
• Answer electrical RFIs same-day from the floor and update drawings accordingly.
• Run first-article reviews and electrical checkout with rigorous documentation.
• Close the loop to design by feeding line learnings back into drawings and BOM.
