Job summary

Soltech PR is seeking an experienced EHS / Safety Specialist to support a client in the biotechnology industry. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of Environmental, Health & Safety experience, preferably in biotech, pharma, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing.

You will implement and oversee site EHS programs, conduct risk assessments and incident investigations, ensure OSHA compliance, and train staff and contractors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant EHS/Safety experience.
• Experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA requirements.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and implement site EHS and workplace safety programs.
• Conduct safety assessments, inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Support OSHA compliance, safety procedures, and corrective/preventive actions.
• Provide EHS guidance and training to employees, contractors, and project teams.
• Identify workplace hazards and recommend controls and risk mitigation measures.
• Support emergency preparedness and continuous improvement of site safety performance.
