Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking experienced Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Consultants to provide on-site safety leadership on construction, industrial, and energy projects across the United States. You will partner with project management teams, craft personnel, and owners to promote a strong safety culture and ensure OSHA compliance.

Projects may include data centers, manufacturing plants, hospitals, and large-scale construction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) experience in construction/industrial environments.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance programs.
• Experience conducting field audits/inspections and safety training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily field safety observations, inspections, and audits.
• Identify hazards and implement corrective actions with project teams.
• Monitor contractor compliance with OSHA and site requirements.
• Lead or participate in incident investigations and root cause analyses.
• Prepare safety reports for clients and stakeholders.
• Facilitate toolbox talks and employee training sessions.
