Job description

Shift : M-F 8 : 30AM – 5 : 00 PM(occasionally on call element - evenings weekends)

on call time split time with another team member to share on as needed basis.

This job is performed daily on-site out of the Twinsburg office with shared responsibilities of 25% performing delivery and mail pick up assignments, and 75% working in an in-office setting providing internal administrative office support.

Contracts and Billing is responsible for finance related activities such as customer and vendor contract administration, customer and vendor pricing, rebates, billing (including dropships), processing charge backs and vendor invoices, developing and negotiating customer and group purchasing contracts.

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and have a good driving record
• Must pass criminal background check
• Prior delivery driving experience a plus
• Ability to lift containers weighing up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable driving in all weather conditions
• Possess strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft office preferred
• Maintains appropriate licenses, training and certificationsMakes deliveries to customer accounts using a company vehicle (non-cdl)Daily pick up of USPS & Interoffice mailWork “on call” weekend rotating scheduleOnBase documentation workflowsInventory and stock managementVarious other onsite administrative tasksPossess understanding of service level goals and objectivesApplies acquired knowledge and skills to complete administrative dutiesPossess strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skillsAdheres to quality guidelines

Anticipated hourly range : $15.00 per hour - $24.59 per hour
