Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Visitor Control Support – Junior Specialist in the Arlington, Virginia area, to assist the Department of Defense customer supporting the F-35 Joint Program Office mission. The role focuses on visitor processing, access coordination, and secure recordkeeping.

Qualifications

Experience in visitor control, access control, facility security, or related mission support.

Responsibilities

Support visitor processing, access coordination, documentation, and recordkeeping.
Maintain visitor logs, visit requests, access rosters, and related security files.
Coordinate with government, contractor, and visitor personnel for timely access and documentation.
Support facility security and administrative procedures related to visitor management.
Maintain records and support data calls, status updates, and action item tracking.
Provide professional customer service with sensitive visitors and access information.
