Job summary

InDyne is seeking a Quality Manager for Beale AFB, CA. You will lead the on-site quality program under the PMO Quality Manager, coordinating with CORs to ensure contract requirements are met and the QMS is effectively implemented.

This role emphasizes developing and enforcing the Site’s Safety Program, conducting annual audits, managing monthly deliverables, and providing purchasing support to the Site Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; four years' experience in quality management or as a quality supervisor/manager.
• Quality Management System certification and OSHA certification are preferred.
• Experience interfacing with government CORs and managing QMS for government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Directs the on-site quality program.
• Acts as primary interface with government CORs on quality questions.
• Establishes and maintains an approved Quality Management System for contract compliance.
• Conducts annual activity audits of designated work centers.
• Manages monthly contract deliverable suspense dates and reports.
• Processes RCs/AFTO 22s and Quality Deficiency Reports.
• Ensures compliance with DoD instructions, procedures, and safety rules.
• Develops and administers the Site’s Safety Program and training materials.
• Submits purchase orders and provides purchasing support to Site Manager.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
