The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in large federal construction projects, strong qualifications in QC/Inspection processes, and a Bachelor's degree in civil/engineering. Qualifications

• 10+ years experience on large federal construction projects, preferably DoD.
• Experience with administrative, airfield, and infrastructure facilities.

Responsibilities

• Observe project sites and report on progress to government personnel.
• Oversee construction, contract administration, and quality assurance.
• Analyze design and construction issues under contract requirements.
• Review schedules and pay applications to ensure balanced progress.

Skills

U.S. citizenship

Proficient in Three-Phase QC/Inspection process

Experience with RMS

Knowledge of USACE EM 385-1-1 Safety Manual

Education

Bachelor's degree in civil/engineering or related field
