Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Network Administrator to support the DoDIN at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. This is a full-time, on-site role within a 24/7 operational environment. Candidates must be flexible and available for rotating shifts based on mission priorities.

This position plays a critical role in supporting key DoD missions and their associated networks. A DoD Secret clearance is required to be considered for this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• LAN/WAN technologies including Ethernet, MPLS, VPNs, and wireless networking.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (Security+ or equivalent).
• Active Secret Clearance with eligibility for upgrade to Top Secret.

Responsibilities

• Proactively investigate and resolve network monitoring alerts.
• Diagnose circuit issues using router commands, loopback tests, and troubleshooting methods.
• Monitor network performance and escalate as needed.
• Create and maintain incident tickets using Remedy.
• Provide real-time troubleshooting across a global network infrastructure.
