BB&E Inc. seeks an IT Specialist to join our team, providing technical support to the 341st Civil Engineer Squadron on-site at Malmstrom AFB, Montana.

The role requires DoD familiarity and a security clearance. US citizenship with a DoD Secret clearance is required, along with two years of IT experience and a bachelor’s degree in IT, cybersecurity, CS, or related field; strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of IT experience.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, cybersecurity, CS, information science, or software engineering.
• U.S. Citizenship and DoD Secret Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Report on status of continuing education requirements as prescribed by Contracting Officer.
• Maintain knowledge of DoD and AF computer and network standards, policies, and techniques.
• Identify actions to ensure optimum performance using servers and software.
• Support computer systems’ facility environment and infrastructure (IT/OT).
• Troubleshoot, recover, modify, and improve systems to minimize service interruptions.
• Analyze network, software, and hardware problems and train users on new systems.
