Job summary

Azimuth Research Group is seeking a full-time on-site Clinical Research Coordinator to support DoD healthcare research at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. The role focuses on compliance, participant safety, data integrity, and collaboration with investigators and DoD offices.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of clinical research experience in regulated environments, a relevant bachelor's degree, and the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance, with strong knowledge of GCP, FDA

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical research experience, preferably within DoD, VA, military healthcare, or other federal clinical research environments.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
• Strong understanding of GCP, FDA regulations, ICH guidelines, and HRPP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational aspects of clinical research studies across assigned sites, including military treatment facilities.
• Develop, maintain, and review regulatory documentation, including informed consent forms, protocol amendments, and IRB submissions.
• Support participant screening, eligibility verification, recruitment tracking, and scheduling.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for site personnel, investigators, and DoD research offices.
• Ensure compliance with GCP, FDA, ICH, and DoD HRPP requirements.
