Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is hiring a Diesel Mechanic to keep our transportation fleet safe, reliable, and road-ready.

This on-site role diagnoses, repairs, and performs preventive maintenance on diesel trucks, trailers, and related equipment in a fast-paced shop environment. You will troubleshoot engines, brakes, electrical and hydraulic systems, complete scheduled services, and document all work in compliance with Ryder and DOT standards.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and repairing diesel engines in fleet operations.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and inspections on trucks and trailers.
• Proficient in completing accurate documentation in line with DOT standards.
