Job summary

Ryder System in Boston is hiring a Diesel Mechanic to keep our transportation fleet safe, reliable, and road-ready. In this on-site role, you will diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on diesel trucks, trailers, and related equipment.

You’ll troubleshoot engines, brakes, electrical, and hydraulic systems; complete scheduled services; and document all work in compliance with Ryder and DOT standards.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on diesel trucks and trailers.
• Ability to troubleshoot engines, brakes, electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Experience documenting work and following DOT standards in a safety-first shop.
