Barbosa Cabinets, Inc. is seeking a Dealer & Distributor Account Coordinator in Tracy, CA. This full-time, in-office role coordinates with Estimating, Sales, Production, Purchasing and Delivery to manage dealer and distributor orders, samples, and marketing materials.

You will respond to pricing and schedule questions, provide proactive updates, and maintain open items through resolution while building strong customer relationships and ensuring accurate order processing.

• Ability to manage multiple orders, customers, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to learn and effectively use company estimating, ordering, and scheduling software.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across Estimating, Sales, Production, Purchasing, and Delivery.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned dealer and distributor accounts.
• Respond to questions regarding pricing, orders, production schedules, deliveries, and order status.
• Provide proactive communication regarding changes, delays, and issues.
• Maintain timely follow-up on open customer items through resolution.
• Build and maintain professional, responsive relationships with dealer and distributor customers.
• Receive and process dealer/distributor orders.
• Review orders for completeness, accuracy, specifications, quantities, and required information.
• Coordinate with Estimating when pricing, clarification, or missing information is required.
• Enter and maintain orders in the appropriate estimating/order-processing systems.
• Monitor orders from initial submission through production and delivery.
• Ensure order changes and revisions are documented and communicated.
• Coordinate internally regarding shortages, remakes, order changes, and delivery issues.
