The position emphasizes safety, reliability, and teamwork. Candidates should have a HS diploma or GED and custodial experience; strong communication and knowledge of cleaning products are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year custodial experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow direction.
• Knowledge of various cleaning products and when to use them.
• Must have good oral/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains building interior by dusting and polishing furniture, cleaning restrooms, and washing surfaces.
• Maintains building appearance by picking up paper and trash and spot cleaning.
• Removes trash and transports materials to disposal areas; supports recycling.
• Polices entryways and hallways; supports daytime service calls and minor requests.
• Assists Lead Floor Care Specialist, PM, Stock Clerk, and Shipping/Receiving Clerk as needed.
