Reboot Monkey is seeking an experienced Data Center Technician for a full-time, on-site role in Tamuning, GU. You will support mission-critical infrastructure at premier data center facilities.

The position involves hardware installations, cabling, server racking, and on-call rotation, with opportunities for career growth and a benefits package.

Applicants should have 2+ years in data center or IT infrastructure and relevant certifications; strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of data center or IT infrastructure experience.
Experience with structured cabling (copper and fiber).
Familiarity with server hardware from major vendors.
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work on-site.
Professional communication in English.

Responsibilities

Perform hardware installations, decommissions, and migrations.
Execute structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
Conduct server racking, stacking, and labeling.
Perform cross-connects and patch panel work.
Troubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues.
Document all work with photos and detailed notes.
Coordinate with remote NOC and client teams.
