Job summary

Simple Mining in Cedar Falls, IA is seeking a hands-on technician to keep our mining operations running on-site. This full-time role requires commuting daily and living in Iowa.

You’ll perform routine maintenance, monitor machines, troubleshoot issues, and assist with setup of miners and pods. We provide safety gear, growth potential, and competitive starting pay of $18 per hour.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, and at least 1 year of hands-on or technical experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on or technical experience required.
• Basic understanding of networks and IP addresses.
• Comfortable learning new systems and entering data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Track and close work tickets quickly.
• Prioritize machines that need attention.
• Maintain accurate records in Foreman and other systems.
• Read miner logs and resolve performance issues; diagnose and repair as needed.
