Hermanson Company is seeking a Project Manager to lead data center projects from planning to completion on site. You will drive schedule adherence, quality delivery, and profitability while coordinating with multiple departments and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes developing team capabilities, client communication, and reliable project oversight to ensure successful outcomes and strong customer trust.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in mechanical construction project management or similar roles.
• Proven track record of customer relations and problem solving.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems operations.
• Experience developing and managing project plans, schedules, and scopes of work.
• Experience preparing client and subcontractor change orders.
• Ability to monitor, control, and report financial performance of projects.
• Coordination with trades, subcontractors and vendors.
• Coach and mentor project team members.
• Develop project staffing plans including labor and subcontractors.
• Solid computer and online navigation skills.
• Strong math, communication and business skills.

• Plan, schedule, and manage the project team to meet schedule and goals.
