Job summary

JCS Solutions LLC seeks a Data Center Network Engineer to support Air Force networks at Joint Base Andrews (MD). The role focuses on designing, implementing, securing, and maintaining classified and unclassified data center infrastructure, with day shifts and 100% on-site work.

You will manage core data center hardware, Cisco Nexus platforms, Cisco DNA Center, ISE, F5 LTM/GTMs, and RSA MFA, while upholding DoD regulations and SOPs. A DoD Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent military/civilian experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant enterprise IT/network experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage data center hardware: switches, routers, NICs.
• Configure Cisco Nexus switches; enforce policy with Cisco ISE.
• Operate F5 LTM/GTM and RSA MFA for access control.
• Maintain TACLANE cryptographic equipment and EKMS/KMI processes.
• Monitor network health using SNMP tools and Cacti.
• Support DoD cyber security requirements and STIGs.
• Draft SOPs for data center ops and DR planning.
• Coordinate with DISA, 26 NOS, and AFNCR for outages.
