Nan, Inc. in Tamuning, GU is seeking a Cybersecurity / IT Specialist to support day-to-day technical operations while strengthening cybersecurity compliance across the organization.

This in-person role focuses on maintaining security protocols aligned with NIST and CMMC, administering VDI configurations, and providing practical IT support to end users. The position also includes hands-on responsibility for IT infrastructure, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and maintaining accurate

Qualifications

• Minimum: two (2) years of relevant IT experience.
• Education: a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field (desired).
• Knowledge of hardware, software, operating systems, and network troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with NIST/CMMC cybersecurity requirements (preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Maintain IT security protocols and procedures aligned with NIST/CMMC compliance requirements.
• Manage security configurations and procedures within the VDI environment.
• Review and update end-user security settings to support ongoing compliance.
• Maintain cybersecurity documentation used for onboarding and offboarding.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network systems.
• Set up and tear down IT systems at project job sites.
• Provide technical support to end users for computers, printers, phone systems, networks, and other IT equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding IT equipment, maintenance, and technical issues.
• Maintain IT inventory, technical records, and operating procedures.
