Job summary

You will collaborate with Business Process Analysts, Project Managers and departments, ensuring secure, scalable and well-documented applications.

A strong on-campus presence (80%) is required in this in-person public institution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Web Development or related field.
• 4–7 years of full-time programmer/analyst leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, maintain and support custom web-based applications.
• Set milestones and priorities; accountable for design, security, delivery and support.
• Resolve complex problems in custom apps and integrations using advanced analysis.
• Guide subject matter experts in defining requirements for design.
• Mentor less experienced developers; set coding, security and deployment practices.
• Advise on technical approaches and trade-offs; influence project decisions.
• Provide technical leadership without formal supervisory authority.
• Set coding, security and deployment practices for upgrades.
• Research new tools and approaches; implement impactful solutions.
