Job summary

Leggett & Platt Incorporated is seeking a Custodial Technician for our on-site facilities team in Carthage, MO. The role supports daily cleaning, sanitizing high-touch areas, and adhering to instructions while working independently.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. This position requires a High School/GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 25 pounds, with occasional shifts beyond regular hours as needed.

Qualifications

• High School/GED or equivalent vocational training.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift 25 pounds.
• Willing to occasionally work holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of building facility cleaning tasks.
• Conduct sanitizing and disinfecting of high touch points daily.
• Follow verbal and written instructions and work independently.
• Walk corporate building routes.
• Perform partial security duties.
• Occasional holidays, weekends, and phone coverage may be required.
