Job summary

Jabil in Florence, KY is seeking a Culture & Engagement Associate to energize the employee experience for 4,000+ colleagues across multiple buildings. You will partner with Site HR and Operations to plan and deliver engagement events, recognition programs, and clear communications on the floor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR communications, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years in HR, employee engagement, events, or related field.
• Experience in fast-paced or high-volume environments (manufacturing, logistics) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support campus-wide engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs across all buildings.
• Coordinate with Site HR and Operations to plan and deliver engagement activities.
• Gather and organize employee feedback (surveys, pulse checks, roundtables) and help track actions.
• Manage engagement calendars, participation, and program effectiveness metrics.
• Assist with communications: flyers, emails, and on-site messaging to drive awareness.
