Responsibilities

• Lead franchise onboarding and training programs, on-site cohorts, and kitchen safety
• Coordinate seasonal training clinics and ensure brand standards across studios
• Develop and maintain SOPs, checklists, and recipe guides; collaborate with marketing and HQ teams
