Job summary

You will circulate to collect dirty items, return cleaned items, and maintain sanitary work areas while collaborating with culinary and production teams. This role emphasizes teamwork, independence, and timely communication with supervisors in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous operating experience with commercial grade dishwashing equipment is ideal.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and bend/stoop frequently.
• Ability to work in a team environment, calmly and effectively under pressure.
• Willingness to rotate across locations and follow supervisor directions.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils and cooking equipment through operating the commercial dishwasher in warewashing or by hand
• Carefully hand-wash prop dishes, keeping separated from all other dishes
• Carefully transport and store clean dishes in the proper storage area, kitchen or studio
• Maintain daily cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, walk-in coolers and storage areas - This includes, but is not limited to, wiping counters, carts, coolers, trays, shelving, stovetops and ovens
• Perform other duties as assigned
