Job summary

TMB (Trusted Media Brands) is seeking a Dishwasher for Taste of Home in Milwaukee. You will wash dishes, utensils and cooking equipment using a commercial dishwasher or by hand, keep warewashing areas clean, organized and sanitary, and help move clean items to storage.

Working with a culinary team, you’ll rotate across kitchens and studios, follow directions, and communicate progress to supervisors. This is an on-site role requiring reliability and teamwork in a fast-paced, production-focused

Qualifications

• Previous operating experience with commercial grade dishwashing equipment is ideal.
• Able to stand for extended periods and work in a busy kitchen.
• Willing to rotate across kitchens and studios and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils and cooking equipment through the commercial dishwasher or by hand.
• Carefully hand-wash prop dishes and keep them separated from others.
• Transport and store clean dishes in the proper storage areas.
• Maintain daily cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, walk-in coolers and storage areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
