The role acts as the on-site representative for civil, structural, and architectural disciplines during construction, coordinating with Owner, Contractor, and design teams to resolve issues and ensure alignment with contract documents.

The position requires a degree in a relevant field and extensive experience in large-scale construction or hyperscale data centers, with strong CSA systems knowledge and communication

Qualifications

• 10+ years in large-scale commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center projects.
• Or 5+ years supporting hyperscale data centers.
• Strong CSA systems knowledge and construction standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site CSA design and construction contact.
• Conduct daily site walks to monitor progress and quality.
• Coordinate between Owner, Contractor, and design teams.
• Review field conditions and issue design clarifications.
• Support RFIs, submittals, substitutions, and inquiries.
• Provide weekly site observation reports with risks and recommendations.
• Support BIM coordination and site validation.
• Collaborate with QA/QC and commissioning teams.
