R3 Continuum LLC is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Professional in Yuma, AZ to provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees after disruptive events. This contract position allows for a flexible schedule while offering personalized assistance. Candidates must hold a master's degree in mental health and be independently licensed in Arizona (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist). The role includes training provision at no cost for non-certified candidates.

Qualifications

• Licensure in Arizona (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist) required.
• Malpractice insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000 required.
• Completion of R3C’s DEM crisis response training or approved CIR training.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees affected by disruptive events.
• Work on a flexible, case-by-case basis.
• Utilize simple electronic reporting through a mobile app.
