Job summary

R3 Continuum seeks diverse behavioral health professionals to provide on-site crisis support in Washington, DC, and surrounding areas. Independent contractors will assist organizations and employees affected by workplace disruptions and complete reporting via a mobile app.

Requirements include independent DC licensure (LPC/LMFT/LICSW/Psychologist), a master\'s degree in mental health, and malpractice insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000. Training is provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold independent licensure in DC (LPC, LMFT, LICSW, or Psychologist).
• Master's degree in mental health required.
• Malpractice insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000 required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees after disruptive workplace events.
• Coordinate with local community resources as needed.
• Complete simple electronic reporting via mobile app.
