R3 Continuum LLC is looking for a Critical Incident Responder, Licensed Mental Health Professional to provide on-site crisis support for organizations affected by disruptive events in Chelan and the surrounding areas in Washington. This independent contracting role offers flexible scheduling and personalized support.

The ideal candidates must be independently licensed in the state of Washington with a master’s degree in mental health, possess malpractice insurance, and be willing to undergo necessary training.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Washington State (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or Psychologist).
• Experience in on-site crisis support.
• Malpractice and Professional Liability Insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees.
• Work on case-by-case basis as an independent consultant.
• Complete necessary training for Critical Incident Response.
