R3 Continuum is seeking diverse and compassionate behavioral health professionals to join our Idaho Falls network for on-site crisis support in Idaho. This independent contractor role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to impact local communities and businesses.

Applicants must be independently licensed in Idaho (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist) with a master's degree in mental health and carry Malpractice insurance. CIR training or proof of approved CIR training is required.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in Idaho (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist).
• Master's degree in mental health is required.
• Malpractice and professional liability insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees after a disruptive workplace event.
• Engage with diverse communities in Idaho Falls and surrounding areas.
• Complete CIR training or provide proof of approved CIR training.
