Job summary

R3 Continuum LLC in Santa Rosa, California, is looking for professionals to provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees affected by workplace disruptions. You’ll enjoy a flexible schedule, working case by case, and will be equipped with comprehensive crisis response training.

The ideal candidate must have a master's degree in mental health, be independently licensed in California, and carry sufficient malpractice and professional liability insurance. Completion of R3C's Critical Incident Response training is also required.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in California (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist).
• Malpractice and Professional Liability Insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000.
• Willing to complete R3C's Critical Incident Response training.
