R3 Continuum is seeking compassionate behavioral health professionals to provide on-site crisis support in Redding, California. As an independent consultant, you will support local businesses affected by workplace disruptions. This role offers comprehensive training, flexibility, and supplemental income.

Candidates must be independently licensed in California and have a master's degree in mental health. R3 will also offer necessary training at no cost, ensuring you have the skills needed to succeed.

Formación

• Independently licensed in California (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist).
• Minimum of a master's degree in mental health.
• Malpractice insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000.
• Willing to complete R3C's Critical Incident Response training.

Requirements

• Willing to complete R3C's Critical Incident Response training or proof of approved CIR training
