Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business field preferred; otherwise, combination of education and experience.
• Previous bank experience is preferred.
• Passion for providing stellar client service to all clients (external and internal).
• Excellent interpersonal skills to represent the bank positively.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Organizes loan committee meetings (officers/directors).
• Calculates final Loan to Value ratio for clear-to-close approvals (appraisal value checklist).
• Inputs floor plan transactions and coordinates third-party inspections.
• Completes daily requests for credit verifications from outside sources.
• Updates tracking of loan covenants and financial documentation in nCino.
• Prepares monthly/quarterly reports for Board review.
• Submits loan data to government/third-party entities (e.g., MEDC, USDA).
• Serves as a backup for residential and commercial appraisals with vendors.
• Performs vault audit for stock certificates (semi-annual).
• Digitizes existing files and maintains confidentiality of client information.
• Maintains regular on-time attendance and completes assigned training.
