Surface Experts is seeking a Technician to perform on-site hard surface repairs in a field-based role, including color-matching tasks and using a personalized tool-kit. You will repair tubs, cabinets, floors, and other surfaces, often within a few hours, while engaging customers and maintaining a clean, efficient workflow.

The role emphasizes on-site creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork. A valid driver's license and compliance with safety and quality standards are required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience doing manual work (construction, painting, manufacturing, etc.).
• Color matching and replication skills are important.
• Must have valid driver's license and pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Complete 4 or more creative repairs on-site each day.
• Perform work on-location while delivering strong customer service and clear communication.
• Problem-solve across varied settings such as apartments, hotels, moving sites, and construction sites.
