Qualifications

• Hands-on experience obtaining vital signs, phlebotomy, ECGs, and processing lab specimens.
• Solid understanding of site operations and the drug development process.
• CRC I: 1–3 years in a clinical research site; CRC II: 3+ years as a CRC at a clinical investigative site.

Responsabilités

• Manage 2–6 trials of varying complexity and lead study coordination from start to finish.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to internal training.
• Collaborate with investigators, sponsors and monitors to ensure study quality.
