Job summary

IQVIA, in partnership with Avacare SMO, seeks Clinical Research Coordinators for an on-site role in Lexington, Kentucky. You will support multiple trials, recruit patients, manage regulatory documentation, and coordinate site activities under supervision of investigators and sponsors.

Ideal candidates have hands-on clinical skills (vital signs, phlebotomy, ECGs), knowledge of site operations and CTMS/eCRFs, and 1–3 years CRC experience for CRC I or 3+ for CRC II.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience obtaining vital signs, phlebotomy, ECGs, and processing lab specimens.
• Solid understanding of site operations and the drug development process.
• CRC I: 1–3 years at a clinical investigative site; CRC II: 3+ years as CRC at a site.

Responsibilities

• Manage 2–6 trials of varying complexity and lead study coordination from start to finish.
• Coordinate patient recruitment, informed consent, and regulatory documentation.
• Support site audits and collaboration with investigators, sponsors, and monitors.
