Job summary

Bigge Crane and Rigging Co. is seeking a Content Producer to plan, shoot, edit, and publish videos that showcase heavy lifting and crane projects across the country.

You will manage Bigge's social channels, run paid campaigns, and report on performance, all from start to finish. This role is hands-on and field-based, requiring a strong eye for visuals, editing skills, and the drive to deliver engaging content for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing planned, shot and edited videos; a link is required to apply.
• Ability to produce a complete video from planning through final export.
• Experience creating vertical social videos and horizontal formats for web.
• Familiarity with major social platforms and best practices.
• Experience with paid social advertising and performance reporting.
• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate within 90 days (Bigge pays exam).
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel including overnights.
• Comfort outdoors on active job sites and in equipment yards; self-directed.

Responsibilities

• Plan shoots, capture site footage, edit, mix sound, add graphics and captions, and export for all platforms.
• Operate as the sole producer on the marketing team; collaborate on messaging with marketing lead.
• Film on active sites and in Bigge yards nationwide; coordinate shoot timing and access.
• Conduct on-camera interviews with crews and executives; plan shot lists and questions.
• Produce heavy lift and project features, new equipment, and recruiting videos.
• Cut projects into vertical social and longer horizontal formats; deliver assets for sales.
• Capture still photos during shoots; fly drones where permitted.
• Obtain internal and partner approvals prior to publication.
• Organize and archive footage for easy reuse.
