Latham, The Pool Company is seeking a Crane Operator to safely move fiberglass pools across production, staging, and shipping areas. This role supports continuous workflow, adheres to safety protocols, and participates in QA and loading activities.

Random drug testing applies due to safety sensitivity. The position requires reading work instructions, coordinating with teams, and maintaining schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of inventory experience preferred.
• Certified Crane Operator certification preferred; must obtain company certification within timeframe.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Read and follow written work instructions, order forms and safety guidelines.
• Strong situational awareness and commitment to safe practices.

Responsibilities

• Receive on-the-job training and achieve crane certification within the required timeframe.
• Operate cranes safely and in compliance with OSHA and company regulations.
• Supervise loading personnel to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Follow delivery and production schedules to support workflow.
• Inspect crane equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities as needed.
