Responsibilities

• Assist the public in person, by mail, email, and phone with questions on citations, payments, and licenses.
• Review and process docket information, update cases, and manage traffic/violation files.
• Explain policy options and assist with payment plans and document verification.
• Assist with mail, court filings, subpoenas, and scheduling; support LEDS-related tasks.
