A locally-owned countertop manufacturer in Ephrata, PA is looking for a Service Technician to handle template, installation, and repair of custom countertops. Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and instructions.
• Ability to perform basic math using fractions and decimals.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload service vehicle with required materials.
• Arrive at appointments on time and communicate any delays.
• Perform template and installation services for countertops.
• Troubleshoot technical problems as they arise.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional demeanor.
• Complete job site inspection and clean-up.
