Decatur Memorial Hospital is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant II to provide occupational therapy treatments across patient ages under an occupational therapist's supervision. The position is on-site with Illinois licensure required, CPR preferred, and a valid Illinois driver’s license may be needed per policy.

Qualifikationen

• OT.A license in the State of Illinois is required.
• CPR Certification preferred.
• Must possess valid Illinois driver's license and acceptable driving record per Fleet Safety Policy.

• Provide Occupational Therapy treatment to patients of all ages under supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Participate in COTA student supervision, staff in-services, program development and special projects.
• Demonstrate Memorial Health System Performance Excellence Standards of Safety, Courtesy, Quality, and Efficiency.
