Job summary

MindCare Solutions is seeking Licensed Mental Health Providers (LCSW, LPC, LMHP) for on-site roles in Hudson, CO. Positions are part-time or full-time, dayshift, in a correctional setting, with negotiable compensation.

You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, provide individual and group therapy, and ensure safety and compliant documentation under facility guidelines. A Master’s degree and CO licensure are required, with 1–2 years’ experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted licensure as LCSW, LPC, or LMHP in CO.
• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field.
• 1–2 years of clinical experience, preferred in correctional or inpatient settings.
• Experience with assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
• Knowledge of crisis intervention and risk assessment.
• Strong documentation skills and EHR familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for incarcerated individuals.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans with the care team.
• Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based interventions.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Perform crisis intervention and suicide risk assessments.
• Maintain compliant clinical documentation per guidelines.
• Collaborate with medical staff, correctional officers, and others.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and discharge planning.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards for correctional care.
• Provide psychoeducation on mental health, coping, and medications.
• Coordinate with community providers for continuity of care upon release.
• Maintain professional boundaries and safety in a correctional environment.
