AOC Formulations is seeking an enthusiastic Accountant to join the Accounting/Finance team in Piperton, TN. You will support monthly close, prepare journal entries in Oracle, and maintain reconciliations in a fast-paced, controlled environment.

The ideal candidate has 0–2 years of corporate accounting experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong Excel and communication skills. This is an on-site role reporting to the Accounting Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field.
• 0–2 years of experience in corporate or public accounting; audit experience preferred.
• CPA candidate or interest in CPA certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of debits/credits, journal entries, accruals and reconciliations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; ERP experience a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; on-site work in Colierville, TN.

Responsabilités

• Support monthly close processes for the Americas region.
• Prepare and post manual and Oracle journal entries; ensure accuracy and proper period posting.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and supporting documentation.
• Analyze general ledger activity and identify adjustments.
• Coordinate intercompany transactions and allocations with global finance.
• Reconcile intercompany AR/AP and assist with audits and documentation.
