HOPE Hydration in Miami seeks a Contract Project Manager to own client-facing site scoping and day-to-day project coordination for installation projects across the greater Miami area. This role serves as the on-site representative of the company, translating general construction scopes into well-managed, on-schedule execution with light electrical and plumbing tie-ins.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction project management, general contracting, or related field.
• Working knowledge of general construction scopes, sequencing, and terminology.
• Familiarity with light electrical and plumbing systems; hands-on trade knowledge is valued.
• Strong client-facing communication and professional representation.
• Excellent organizational skills for multi-site timelines.
• Based in or near Miami, FL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client-facing site scoping walks and project meetings.
• Coordinate light electrical and plumbing tie-in requirements with engineering vendors and subcontractors.
• Manage GC and subcontractor scheduling, quality control, and site logistics.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and status reports.
• Document site visits with photos, notes, and scope summaries for internal records and client communication.
• Ensure all work adheres to building codes and safety standards.
• Support additional site walks and activations as needed.
