The role involves operationalizing inventory and improving logistics processes. Ideal candidates will have over 3 years of experience in shipping and customer service, along with strong proficiency in Excel. Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in shipping, receiving, customer service, retail, or stockroom environments.
• 1+ year of leadership experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work on-site Monday–Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily team operations to meet logistics objectives.
• Steward product through its lifecycle—from delivery receipt to on-campus distribution.
• Maintain SOPs, train team members, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
