Job summary

BWX Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Construction Supervisor 2 to lead craft personnel and subcontractors on-site in Erwin, Tennessee.

The role requires coordinating day-to-day construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with contract documents, and maintaining progress through regular site reviews. Qualified candidates typically hold an Associate Degree in a technical field or have 9–10 years of construction/maintenance experience, with more experience in lieu of a degree.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or equivalent experience in construction.
• Nine to ten years' experience with AS degree, or thirteen years' experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Direct craft personnel and subcontractors; schedule and sequence day-to-day activities.
• Interface with client personnel to ensure satisfaction; oversee projects for scope and quality.
• Maintain and update as-built drawings; attend progress meetings; ensure safety and compliance.

Education

Associate Degree -- Technical field OR four (4) years of equivalent experience in construction related activities will be acceptable in lieu of degree.
