Qualifications

• Experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
• Understanding of OSHA safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations and subcontractor activities.
• Develop and maintain lookahead schedules.
• Perform regular site inspections for compliance.
• Resolve on-site issues including delays and conflicts.
• Provide weekly project updates to the Project Manager.
