Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and current OSHA 10, CPR, and First Aid certifications.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Proficient in scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct jobsite safety orientations and lead weekly safety meetings.
• Create Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and review subcontractor submissions.
• Enforce Valor's safety policies on-site.
• Coordinate project plans with management and ensure effective communication with subcontractors.
