Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with nine years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree with six years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline with three years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees subcontractors to ensure work is safe, correct, and aligned with drawings.
• Maintains project schedule and escalates delays to the Project Construction Manager.
• Writes Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports for review with site leadership.
• Takes progress photographs and labels each image.
• Prepares Monthly Progress Reports.
• Ensures contractors use the latest revision drawings.
• May assist the Project Construction Manager.
• May supervise key trades/subcontractors.
• Prepares contract extras and progress payments with the Project Manager.
• Maintains clear correspondence with management and clients.
• Keeps on-site records per document control requirements.
• Follows The Perry Group Quality Policy and related procedures.
