Charter Mechanical Contractors, Inc. is seeking a full-time Construction Site Safety Professional to support a high-tech construction project near Boise, Idaho.

The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted safety resource for the project team, ensuring daily safety initiatives and compliance on the jobsite. The role requires an associate degree or higher, 5+ years of construction safety experience, CHST or ASP certification, and OSHA 30.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher with 5+ years construction safety experience
• CHST or ASP certification and OSHA 30 required
• Ability to interact professionally with all levels of employees, subcontractors and management

Responsabilités

• Communicate, coach and motivate employees for safe performance.
• Audit field activities, assist in pre-task planning, and manage safety programs.
• Conduct safety training on OSHA standards and specialty equipment.
• Lead incident investigations and communicate corrective actions.
• Perform scaffold inspections and monitor fall protection equipment.
